Thanks for posting this, Irma. I needed to read that. :)

So did I. I self-sabotage on a regular basis. I know that whatever I'm doing is not good for me, but can't seem to help myself. Perfectionism is to blame for part of this, and I know try to take baby steps at a time, instead of just giving up because it's never going to be perfect.
